Playing with purpose sets us up for success! It impacts how we interact, work, and experiment together. We help people step into their courage as individuals while building stronger connections as a team.

Research shows that when play is practiced with purpose, it can accelerate learning and development. At your upcoming Unscripted Leaders session, you’ll be doing play-based exercises designed to build your skills as a communicator and collaborator. And yes, there will be laughter! What else should you expect? Read on...

At Unscripted Leaders, we facilitate fun interactive learning experiences that combine improvisation with leading theories and best practices from neuroscience, positive psychology, and business.

While engaging in a series of guided activities and conversations, you’ll tap into your ability to be more creative, collaborative, and courageous. Don’t miss what Fortune 500 companies and top business schools already know: honing these competencies will make you more effective and nimble.

Q: What is Unscripted Leadership? ...

A: How many curve balls were you pitched this week? Being agile in today’s business world is a must. We’ll let you in on a secret… Improv is not about “winging it.” It’s about training for the unexpected. Here at Unscripted Leaders, we take the best of neuroscience, positive psychology, and business and combine it with improv to provide tools for effective leadership and teamwork.

Q: Will it be scary? ...

A: Psychological safety is #1 for us. The number one piece of feedback we receive from clients is that participants feel safe getting out of their comfort zone to explore new skills. We all want to feel supported when we try something new. This is something that we take extremely seriously. Our facilitators are trained to create a supportive space for your group to practice (succeeding, failing, and everything in between) and build courage collectively.

Q: Will I be put on the spot? ...

A: Most of the exercises will be done in pairs, trios, and small groups. Once in a while we will ask for a volunteer. You can only volunteer yourself. Someone else cannot volunteer you.
